Return & Defects Policy

Items that are made incorrectly, or not as indicated on your order form may be returned at our expense, and will be replaced with the correct items.

Items that are made correctly as indicated on your order, but are not what was expected by the customer may be returned at the customers expense. This also includes incorrect colors indicated by the customer. A 15% Restocking Fee WILL BE Applied to these orders.   Hair accessories can be returned ONLY if they have NOT been worn. We can NOT sell items that have been previously worn. If you return items that have clearly been worn, have stains, or show signs of damage, We WILL NOT Refund your Money.
Orders will be remade under the customers "new" instructions and will be shipped AFTER the original order has been received. (Tracking Number is Required!) The Customer will Pay for the Return Postage and The Customer will need to Pay for the Shipping Costs for the New Order.

ITEMS that have a CUSTOM NAME OR LOGO Can NOT be Returned, Exchanged or Refunded.

Items that break, POWERPony breaks, Bow comes unglued (without getting wet), comes apart, or falls apart under Normal Wear, will be replaced at our expense, our products are only guaranteed for the First Season or One Year after purchase which ever comes first. We Will Request Images of the Defective Product for Record Purposes. Customers will need to Send Back the defective item for a credit on their account. 

**Please Note: After receiving your order you have Only 14 Days to Report to us if there are any problems with your purchase, Also Please Refer to Our Return Policy before submitting a request for return.


Cancellation & Changes Policy

** Orders Canceled or Changed After the 48 Hour Period WILL BE Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. **

Orders that are placed with us that need to be canceled or changed due to any reason Needs to be Reported within 48 hours of the Original Date of the Order.


All Cancellations or Changes MUST be "IN WRITTING" via Email (CustomerService@FortitudeElite.com) or Fax () Attn: CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cancellations by Phone MUST Accompany an Email or Fax with the Information About the Order and the Reason for Canceling for Record Purposes!
Please Reference the Order or Invoice Number when Canceling or Changing an Order.

Fortitude Elite has the right to refuse any order by a complicated customer or a customer who is being unreasonable about their order. We will work with all customers on getting the best and correct order to them, but in return, please note that sometimes we make mistakes and we will do everything we can to fix those mistakes when they occur.
